Consultations

Initial consultations are free.

Fixed-price services

If we have not started work, you may cancel for a full refund of any deposit. Once work has started, refunds cover the portion of work not yet performed. Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.

Government and third-party fees

Government fees, domain fees, software licenses, and other third-party charges are paid by you directly or passed through at cost and are not refundable by us once paid to the third party.

Application assistance

Our service fee covers the clerical and technical work of preparing your application. It does not depend on the outcome of your application, and it is not refundable based on a government decision.
