What we do not do
- Provide legal advice or determine whether you are eligible for any benefit, visa or document
- Decide how you should answer a question
- Advise you to omit or conceal information such as relatives, marriage, prior refusals, or immigration history
- Create financial documents, employment letters, achievements, personal statements or recommendation letters
- Guarantee any outcome, approval, timeline or fee
- Sign applications for you or submit them on your behalf
- Represent you before any government agency
- Keep your passwords, recovery codes, or original identity documents
Your responsibilities
- Provide all information and confirm it is accurate
- Review every completed form before submission
- Sign and submit each application personally — in person or from your own account
- Pay government and agency fees directly to the agency
Immigration matters
Applications such as work authorization (EAD), green cards, citizenship, family petitions, adjustment of status, asylum, advance parole, and responses to USCIS notices involve legal-eligibility questions. Only a licensed attorney or a representative accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice may give immigration legal advice or represent you. We do not offer these services. Before Redoubt charges for any immigration- or government-form assistance in New York, its business model, advertising, customer contract, required notices and data-handling process are reviewed by a New York attorney.
Fees
Our service fee covers the clerical and technical work of preparing your application. It does not depend on the outcome and is not a government charge. Government, agency and third-party fees are always shown separately and paid by you directly to the appropriate body.
